JOIN OUR TEAM

We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. Our Account Management team provides our enterprise partners with guidance and insight into the NextCapital platform. The ideal candidate is impeccable at building relationships, seeking opportunities to add value, and managing information and expectations across many stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support & enhance NextCapital’s partner relationships by:
    • Being accountable as the primary point of contact for multiple partners
    • Ensuring consistent service across NextCapital’s Software, Production Support, Portfolio Operations, and Advice teams
    • Identifying partner business needs for new solutions and features, overseeing new feature implementation, and managing rollout plans
    • Delivering and coordinating training for new or existing solutions
    • Owning partner administration, including document management, billing, contract maintenance, documentation, and annual/quarterly due diligence
  • Work alongside partner Relationship Managers by:
    • Identifying new solution opportunities
    • Supporting prospecting efforts through due diligence, presentations, and proposals
    • Supporting Strategic Planning initiatives
    • Compiling partner-level KPIs and success metrics

Requirements

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, and/or Business Management
  • You have 1-3+ years experience in a client service or account management role within a software or financial services organization
  • You are well organized and can multi-task efficiently
  • You’re known as a strong communicator
  • You stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • You can balance the needs of your partners with those of the broader company
  • You are a self-driven learner who values soliciting input from others for informed decision-making
  • You are equally comfortable leveraging a defined process or designing a new one
  • You are committed to continuous improvement

WHERE THIS ROLE MAY LEAD YOU

  • Lead a team of account managers
  • Become the primary external liaison and relationship manager for one of our large enterprise partner relationships
  • Assume business development responsibilities with new or existing partners
  • Take ownership of a product area to drive informed strategy and architecture decisions
