Account Manager
Kalderos delivers technology that solves the challenges facing the US healthcare system. At Kalderos, we develop technology solutions with a focus on simplifying the complex coordination of drug discount programs from exhaustive data services to intelligent reporting to issue resolution. We work with healthcare providers, drug manufacturers, payers, and government agencies alike to increase transparency and restore trust — lowering the cost of healthcare and enabling everyone to focus on improving the health of all.
Key Accountabilities
· Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including but not limited to Operations, IT, and C-suite
· Develop account level strategies within assigned accounts that accomplish Kalderos and customer goals
· Identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned accounts
· Work with our customers, identify problems that need attention, and proactively create solutions
· Nurture our customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support as they interact with our product
· Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
· Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
· Keep current with industry trends; engage your customers, address their business challenges, and propose
solutions
· Act with urgency, integrity, and maintain focus on the customer
· Meet with customers as-needed (willing to travel up to 40%)
Requirements and Preferred Skill
· 5+ years of selling enterprise software and related services into complex environments
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and ensuring customer satisfaction and growth
· Strategic account planning and execution skills
· Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
· Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Solid tenure with enterprise SaaS.
