Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY
This role will lead and execute processes and procedures designed to support the delivery of client programs. They will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client campaigns covering everything from implementation to internal and external quality assurance, including adequate delivery of the finalized product.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Digging deeper on the details:
- Oversees day-to-day responsibilities of delivery of client's programs and projects
- Creates and maintains delivery to scope
- Ability to identify risk and develop contingencies
- Builds and maintains client relationships via executional excellence/delivery of scope
- Solicits input from Engagement and cross functional teams to deliver operational excellence
- Drives operations and processes to realize potential and efficiencies by partnering with business operations, IT, Marketing and teams
- Supports new idea feasibility and identifying alternate solutions, in partnership with Account Director
- Liaises with global partners to determine delivery best practices and trends; builds strong relationships and partnership with cross-functional partners
- Manages junior account delivery staff, delegating, managing capacity, proactively identifying rotation opportunities
- Partners with Engagement Directors and Supervisors (as appropriate) to ensure feasibility of ideas sold in
- Coordinates, releases and schedules process and procedures for client functionality
- Leads all aspects of the growth and development of junior talent

- Comfortable with a certain level of project ambiguity, and the flexibility to handle a changing environment
- Versed in leading, establishing and motivating team members across multiple business lines to improve overall delivery and streamline efficiencies
- Experience managing a direct report preferred
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
