Key member of the Accounts Payable function for multiple divisions globally within OneSpan shared services. Expertise in various financial operations such as ERP Enterprise Resource Planning and EDI Electronic Data Interchange. High focus on attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines. High level of initiative and willingness to support the financial team and organization. Understanding of SOX Compliance Requirement Guidelines and GAAS Standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage Accounts Payable in-box for multiple divisions globally. Process all invoices in accounting system and review entries for accuracy.
• Perform supplier profile maintenance to ensure IRS Tax backup withholding and audit compliance for 1099 Form filing.
• Support P2P resolution on invoice PO 3-way match for payment.
• Follow up on PO invoice match exception and price variance resolution.
• Reconcile supplier statements to accounting system.
• Answer supplier payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close, AP accruals and audit review.

Minimum Requirements: 

• 1-5 years full cycle Accounts Payable experience in automated invoice processing.
• Must be skilled in using accounting software systems, with knowledge in Workday a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with the accounting cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with USD and foreign currency, preferred.
• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, preferred.
