The Associate Account Executive will support Channel Advisory Account Executives in the selling, co-selling, and analysis that drive new proposals and business growth. This includes supporting the Account Executives as they create proposals, manage current account growth/contracts/billings, and coordinate allocation of licenses, training, and reporting. This includes supporting renewals, quarterly billings, add-ons to existing accounts, and contracting activities.

Role Responsibilities

  • Proposal and renewal support
  • Contract and renewal analysis, recommendations, and proposal generation
  • Extract historical data from SFDC and create future utilization scenarios
  • General reporting and research
  • Work with the Business Anaytics team/Finance on reporting needs – e.g. monthly global reports, usage, and Tableau Dashboards specific to Advisory.
  • Perform analysis on partners, regions, and markets for sales strategy, product adoption, and local messaging
  • Manage and execute requests for Relativity Licenses and allocation of products
  • Work with partners, finance, and support to manage license allocations
  • Explain and clarify the process to various member firms (MF’s)
  • Seek client approvals
  • Coordinate with finance and support
  • Understand and validate pricing/product assumptions
  • Support Relativity training/certification requests
  • Coordinate on-site trainings with CSM and clients
  • Track training and certifications
  • Conduct training and billing reconciliations
  • Manage monthly/quarterly invoicing and true-up processes
  • Manage the reporting, decision making, and quarterly true up cycle with key client leaders
  • Review burst/buy decisions, evaluate economics of different options
  • Report and review billable support hours
  • Report and manage remaining training credits
  • Help with contracting or invoicing on the decision
  • Various Partner Contract Questions
  • Help clients clearly understand contract terms, particularly with procurement
  • Assist with event registrations, attendance, meeting schedules and agendas for Relativity Fest, Legal Week, and other events

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience with SalesForce or Tableau
  • Data analysis and report writing; ability to analyze, build assumptions, and recommend actions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with financial modeling in Excel: scenario analysis, ROI calculations and basic modeling
  • Pipeline management and forecasting experience
  • Experience with tailored sales proposals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Business Administration, Computer Information Systems)
  • Self-motivated and organized, ability to understand complex licensing
  • Financial modeling and contract management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
