Associate, Partner Operations
The GoHealth Associate of Partner Operations will be responsible for assisting with and managing a wide variety of operational initiatives within GoHealth’s B2B area. Within the Strategic Partnership team, Partner Operations is a critical component ensuring all partners are best positioned for growth and financial optimization. You understand what it takes to complete tasks efficiently, while collaborating cross functionally with other internal teams respectively. You are a hardworking, quick learner that’s ready to be an immediate contributor to a rapidly growing industry leader.

This is inclusive of interviewing, onboarding and each role day-to-day. Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly partner payment cycles, collaboration with finance team on billing requirements.
- Own key aspects of partnership onboarding and maintenance, including provisioning/commissioning of partner referral phone numbers, websites and reporting.
- Assist with key QA activities, including annual testing of carrier partner enrollment platforms and internal reporting enhancements.
- Collect necessary documentation from carrier partners, while working with internal tech development team to ensure proper implementation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise across partnership portfolio, working with data analytics, tech development, and product management teams to resolve.
- Work closely with internal Strategic Account Managers to ensure partner success and growth.
- Identify and propose solutions to further automate and streamline team and partner reporting needs.
- Assume an active role in weekly team meetings and other broad discussions relating to partner operations.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2+ years of work experience in business operations, account management, implementation, client success
- Strong communication skills and experience with working cross-functionally across various teams
- Desire for problem solving and identifying improvement in process oriented projects.
- Must be comfortable with pivoting quickly with changing requirements and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
