The Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Director of Sales Operations and conduct the following tasks:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform data management in Salesforce including exports, imports, uploads, and upserts
• Build custom objects, mapping schemes
• Perform and own regular sandbox refreshes and other data refresh activities
• Perform customization of fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builder, email alerts, approval processes, reports and dashboards
• Support quality assurance efforts during implementations and rollouts of new system features
• Lead the analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
• Manage vendor contracts

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Salesforce.com administration
• Strong background implementing and supporting Sales and Service cloud applications
• Fluency in core CRM concepts with a strong analytical mindset
• Full life cycle CRM implementation experience
• Experienced Excel user, including the ability to do V-looks up, advanced pivot reporting, index match, concatenate formulas
• Proven ability to analyze data
• Knowledge of CPQ a plus
• Experience with Zagile integration and Service Cloud a plus
• Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
