About the Role
Seed is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to assist SeedCX to scale it’s outreach and coverage of institutional traders of digital assets.. We are seeking a smart, driven individual that can assist across functions from business development, marketing and administrative duties. You will be joining a fast-moving team that leads the firm’s strategic initiatives across marketplace design, product development, and business development.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of CRM and assistance with sales planning
- Support Business Development team in their day to day role by assisting with scheduling and client contact
- Manage clients through the sales cycle from initial documentation to live trading
- Work directly with external designers to create marketing collateral
- Support and execute strategies for ongoing CRM growth, maintenance, and quality
- Manage all social media accounts
- Assist with creating metrics for live client accounts, and organizing marketing efforts around results
- Some travel and external-facing work required (10%) assist with trade shows and client events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in institutional trading and markets
- Previous experience in sales, marketing/design
- Proven experience with creating an automated pipeline in a CRM system such as, Hubspot or Salesforce
- A passion for organizing events
- An ability to build an online presence for the company
- Strong grammar and writing skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Willingness to dive in and assist teammates
- Work in Chicago
- Entrepreneurial and independent
