Partner Management & Development (PM&D) plays a critical role assessing, developing, managing, and supporting the many valuable partners that integrate into the Collective Health digital health ecosystem. 

Business Development managers on the PM&D team own nearly every strategic relationship that drives Collective Health forward. They build new relationships, strengthen ties with existing partners, design solutions that respond to commercial needs, and drive the strategic vision of Collective Health and the healthcare industry generally. 

What you'll do: 

  • Own relationships with several key partners
  • Build strategy around assigned partner categories (Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, Telemedicine, Behavioral Health, etc.)
  • Vet prospective partners
  • Maintain prospective partner relationships
  • Collaborate with Collective Health sales teams in our consultative selling process
  • Support Collective Health Client Success teams in consulting with existing clients about partnership options and strategy
  • Take on strategic projects as needed
  • Build cohesion with internal teams

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • An understanding of employer-sponsored benefit plans 
  • The ability to synthesize new information 
  • Decisiveness 
  • External-facing presentation experience 
  • A collaborative working style 
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships 
  • A desire to be at the center of digital health innovation and commercialization
