Vokal is looking for an inspired, talented Business Development Manager. You are a masterful communicator, decisive and confident in engaging new partners. Establishing and cultivating strong relationships is part of every deal you make. You thrive upon developing optimal strategies with your relationships, and you always deliver.

Responsibilities:

  • Seek and pursue potential partners via outbound methods
  • Manage inbound leads and convert to meetings
  • Identify each client’s objectives and how Vokal will help them achieve those goals
  • Negotiate and develop mutually beneficial contracts
  • Present strategic solutions to clients/stakeholders
  • Acquire, analyze, and provide feedback and requests to internal teams
  • Connect with clients and foster strong relationships
  • Become a trusted advisor for our clients and identify and pitch new opportunities
  • Work with a multitude of internal teams to meet business objectives

 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
  • 2+ years experience in business development for a digital agency or related industry
  • Experienced with Prosperworks or similar CRM tools is preferred
  • "Self Starter” with a can-do attitude
  • Sound business acumen
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting
