Business Development Manager

The Role:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a senior sales function that will be responsible for contributing to the growth of PreScouter’s High-Tech team.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting with VP and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by PreScouter services
- Develop and grow accounts by finding and developing new buying centers
- Quota responsibilities aligned with specific industry segment
- Develop strategy for industry territory and specific strategic accounts
- Forecast revenue on monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Develop and contribute vertical knowledge to assigned territory
- Fiscal responsibility with regards to expense management
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years sales experience in consultative sales, preferably in selling an intangible solution.
- Extensive experience in business development and prospecting
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within large multinational organizations
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to renewal.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university
