ThreeKit is seeking an energetic and experienced manager for our SDR and BDR teams to develop operations and manage our outbound and inbound teams.  The manager will be responsible for working with the SDR and BDR team to coach them on behaviors, tactics, and value selling in order to increase our qualified opportunity pipeline.   The manager will work to consistently improve our sales automaton tactics and will be able to use data as well as experience to drive changes in how we automate, reach out, call, send physical mail, use social media and more to drive pipeline.  We’re looking for someone who wants to be actively engaged in managing a team, able to dive deep on details as well as understand the strategic drivers of driving qualified pipe.

Responsibilities

    • Set the sales development priorities and key selling strategies to achieve sales objectives
    • Provides directional leadership for a fast growing team of SDRsLead the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs and BDRs
    • Consistently meets/exceeds outline individual and team metrics (quarterly and annually)
    • Continue to build and strengthen your team through recruiting, hiring and development strategies
    • Develop strong social selling strategies and training for new and existing sales development reps
    • Encourage and motivate employees daily and bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth trajectory

Qualifications

    • 1+ year years of sales management in a dynamic environment 
    • Proven ability to execute against a sales goal
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce 
    • High energy and a positive attitude
    • Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
    • Experience with Outreach or similar sales automation tool is strongly preferred 
    • Comfortable interacting with department leaders across the business
