The Business Development Representative will handle the entire sales process from identifying new leads through cold calls and emails to the very end of signing and support. This position will directly impact the growth and trajectory of our business. You will also interact with our existing customers to talk about potential upgrades to their services.

Primary Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and internal customer lists
  • Handle the entire sales process from identifying new leads all the way to selling and support
  • Utilize our CRM (Salesforce) and supporting tools to track your leads and manage your pipeline from prospecting activities to meetings and proposal status
  • Use our Quick Quote Tool to provide quotes to potential customers
  • Research, prospect and qualify potential customers via lead-generation activities
  • Interface with the sales engineering team to learn our products and answer technical questions
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads
  • Make a great first impression to our prospects and customers by delivering an excellent experience and remaining actively engaged through follow-up communications
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fresh graduates welcomed; 1+ year of experience in business development or sales environment (outbound cold calling) is preferred
  • Hospitality experience/interest is a plus
