Our process is simple:

1. Chat - After you apply, a member of our Talent Team will review your profile and if applicable, be in touch to speak with you one-on-one to develop a better understanding of your potential in sales.

2. Invest - Once admitted to the program, our 40+ hours of training will allow you to grow and fail forward in a safe space with awesome instructors who have trained across the nation.

3. Connect - Our goal is to provide you with the experience and network to help you find options that are best for you. We work to understand your goals and desires so that we can help create connections for you among 120+ of Chicago's top companies looking to hire from our program.
