This highly crucial role will Manage and Identify new channels, markets, and business opportunities.
You will contribute by expanding sales within existing customer base through strategic account development and planning
- Research organizations and individuals to generate leads
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media marketing
- Customer interaction such as pricing, product and quality inquires
- Work closely with operations team to strategize on product and promotional to increase sales
- Meet assigned sales targets
- Weekly reports on sales results and development activities
- Use data and customer feedback to enhance the customer experience online, drive traffic and conversions, and optimize customer retention
- Present findings and recommendations to key business leaders at all levels.
What we seek is a Business Manager, Flower Farm with the ability to demonstrated proven work experience in business development or sales. These are what we are looking for;
- 5 years of proven sales experience required.
- Fresh flower industry experience preferred
- Track record of achieving sales targets
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls
- Motivation, perseverance and determination qualities
- Collaborative, with a strong focus on teamwork
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Proficient in time management and personal organization
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Desire to learn new technical skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Hours: Monday -Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm (extended hours during peak times)
