In this role, you will be the front line for our client base, which includes some of the most sophisticated family offices in the world. You’ll engage our clients on a daily basis to deliver a delightful experience and most importantly, to make sure they are getting the absolute most value possible from our platform.


Our ideal candidate has

  • Two to three years of experience at a leading investment bank, wealth management, private equity, or consulting firm
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience engaging clients and maintaining relationships
  • A passion for client service and delivering delightful experiences
  • A passion for technology and building new things
  • A relentless, data driven approach to solving any problem that comes your way
  • The ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment
  • The ability to work through uncertainty
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience


Bonus points for

  • Experience in the high net worth space
  • Experience with software service and implementations 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Legal, Product, Engineering etc.)


What you'll be doing

  • Ensure our clients maintain a high level of satisfaction, no matter what it takes
  • Build relationships with sophisticated clients and get to know their unique needs
  • Interface with our users to understand their workflows and help them find solutions
  • Respond and resolve issues and questions raised by our client base
  • Provide hands-on support to make sure a client gets what they need
  • Deliver client training on product functionality
  • Maintain client profiles and track the client lifecycle in Salesforce 
  • Communicate specific client feedback to product owners
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot issues
  • Define best practices for how to leverage Way2B1 in all scenarios
  • Develop the materials that help turn users into experts
  • Be the ultimate Way2B1 resource
  • Some travel required
