Provi is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Customer Success Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional support and ready to drive all clients to deep engagement and success on the Provi platform.
What you’ll be doing
Using your exceptional interpersonal skills to educate, train and support our customers on best practices, the use and benefit of the platform.
Building superior relationships, and delivering service and support to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Summarizing product feedback from customers and providing it to the operations + product team.
Inspiring clients to think strategically about how Provi can support their business needs.
Identifying trends in customer health and using your insights to ensure success for our clients.
What we are looking for
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a love for using those skills to help others.
Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with clients and accounts.
Incredible organization and execution - skill at building and managing a to-do list while juggling priorities.
2+ years in customer support, success, or sales.
Superior phone presence.
Creative thinking and excellent problem solving skills.
