Customer Success Manager - USA

The Customer Success Manager will oversee existing customers, renewing contracts and upselling. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring clients see the value of using our software and are using it effectively.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Establish and manage a relationship with a cadence of communication for a book of customers.
  • Renew expiring customer contracts to avoid churn.
  • Proactively consult and oversee customers activity to recommend training and enable best practices.
  • Lead upselling with training and additional offerings where available.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing Account Management or Customer Success role, within a B2B company (SaaS preferred), with bachelor's degree
  • Read, write and speak in English to good standard
  • Resilient to thrive in evolving environment
  • Good at multitasking
  • Ability to learn new software systems
