FER Digital Solutions is a new digital marketing agency, built upon the longtime heritage, authority and leadership of industry publication Foodservice Equipment Reports. FER Digital Solutions is dedicated to helping manufacturers and suppliers build and grow their digital marketing capability. We aim to produce results that exceed expectations. We offer services in key areas of digital marketing: online lead generation, content marketing, PPC, SEO, SEM, CRM & email marketing and overall digital strategy.

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads and moving these leads through the sales process. You will represent FER Digital Solutions to the highest standards during client meetings and following up with existing clients. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. 

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it's essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

FER Digital Solutions offers a flexible work environment with the opportunity to work from home as needed. 

Objective of the Role:

  • Achieve and exceed agreed targets.
  • Generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Organize daily schedule to move leads/prospects through the sales process.
  • Log and keep the CRM up to date with all sales activity.
  • Follow a defined sales process and use tools/template/presentations available.

Qualifications: 


We are looking for people to speak with potential clients, understand their needs and offer the best solution for them to enhance their online presence.

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and experience required
  • Ongoing training and coaching will be provided.
  • The successful candidates will be rewarded with a rewarding uncapped earning commission structure.
  • Chicago location preferable
  • Some travel is required

Job Type: Salary & Commission

  • Digital Media: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Negotiation: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 5 years (Required)
  • Digital Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
