As a Director of Customer Success, you will be responsible for generating revenue and optimizing utilization of Printavo. Your main goals are growing education customers and helping them use Printavo to the fullest. Think churn, upsells, renews and utilize. As the head of the department, you have the opportunity to craft the culture of a highly productive and effective customer success organization.

Who You Are
You’re analytical, education-focused and a problem solver. You don’t get discouraged easily and create solutions for a larger vision. You are comfortable with learning quickly, making decisions, measuring outcomes and iterating.
What You’ll Do
Create strategy and measurements around utilization, churn, upsells and renewals
Identify upsell opportunities and create campaigns to drive them
Create long-term churn reduction plans and execute
Increase and measure product utilization and revenue per account
Continue experimenting with our client onboarding strategy to and defining what is the optimal experience for the clients
Coordinating with Marketing to build out customer advocacy programs
Building metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to report on and provide insights on client and revenue retention and expansion related initiatives
Recruit & train team members to join Customer Success
Your Skills
3+ years managing client-facing teams in a start-up environment
Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to define, pursue and prioritize various high impact business objectives
Resilience: You don't fold under pressure.
Organization: You’re comfortable organizing bigger tasks into smaller ones
