Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service digital marketing agency, is seeking to hire a Director of Global Partnerships. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual that is ready to join one of the fastest growing agencies in the country to make a significant contribution to the Global Partnerships Team.
Summary and Scope:
The Director of Global Partnerships will lead the efforts to manage one or more assigned partnerships with specific revenue goals and major business objectives related to sales enablement, co-marketing and product development. The ideal candidate will have experience managing alliance/partner programs within ad-tech or related industries.
Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed a quota selling profitable engagements to the target audience
- Master the benefits and features of a multitude of digital marketing technology solutions for Rise and assigned partner(s)
- Develop and cultivate strategic opportunities within partner(s)
- Execute Sales Enablement Training
- Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation Teams to provide input on advancing the partnership through co-marketing and product development.
- Communicate ongoing contact/sales activities through Sales Pipeline Report, Budget Estimates and Call Reports including but not limited to salesforce.com.
- Display a thorough understanding of assigned partner’s industry and competitors.
- Stay current on changes and best practices in the digital marketing, ad-tech and related industries.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10+ years enterprise sales, alliance/partner experience – preferably enterprise software, online advertising, direct marketing, internet marketing, or e-commerce industries
- Experience leading a team of direct reports and collaborating with multiple teams throughout the organization
- Extensive Experience with creation of reseller and partner channels
- Exceptional research, analytic, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
- High competency level in Google Apps Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, etc., as well as Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Proven track record of sales success with long-term engagements to senior executives
- Deeply familiar and passionate about online marketing, ad-tech and the overall advertising industry
- Able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
- Success in an entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to follow and manage to defined sales processes
- Ability to develop key staff through ongoing assessments and training via internal and external resources
