About the Role
CareAdvisors is looking for a Director of Hospital Sales to join our growing team. You would join during an exciting time as we are expanding our sales organization and this role will be key in our hospital sales strategy and growth trajectory. You will become a trusted partner in selling CareAdvisors’ tech-enabled services and will help us scale new product sales in a hospital setting.
The perfect candidate will have previously sold products or tech-enabled services into large Hospital Systems and has mastered the consultative sales approach.
Main Responsibilities
Build, mentor, and develop our national sales team
Engage potential Hospital partners within assigned region, including prospecting hospitals which are not current partners, to make sales presentations to multiple decision-makers to drive product visibility and increase annual product sales
Meet or exceed annual Hospital sales quotas
Build and maintain relationships with C-level Hospital executives towards understanding the organization's strategic initiatives
Develop a deep knowledge of the Hospitals’ organizational structure and buying process
Prepare bids, price quotes, RFP responses, and presentations for C-level Hospital executives
Conduct discovery sessions to clearly understand the Hospital’s business needs, priorities, budget, timing and key KPIs
Develop a deep knowledge of how CareAdvisors’ tech-enabled services meet the Hospital partner’s use case
Lead conversion of newly sold Hospital accounts
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and set realistic external expectations
Utilize internal resources efficiently and effectively to drive the Hospital sales process with clear thought leadership
Other director-level duties, as assigned
About the Requirements
BA/BS degree or similar college level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
6+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS-based solutions to large Hospital Systems, with a strong track record of successfully closing enterprise-level deals over $500k
Experience selling to and relationships with large Hospital organizations
Sales hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial spirit
Strong history of quota attainment
Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a business solution centric mindset
Possesses the ability to communicate simply, articulately while exuding confidence and humility
Must have the ability to tell a compelling business story, deeply understand the prospects business goals and lead a sales process
Desire to understand and communicate the underlying technology to potential Hospital partners
A self starter - can hit the ground running; able to work independently in a fast paced, high-growth environment
