Summary / Objective:

Outcome Health is seeking a seasoned seller to help accelerate the growth of our video point-of-care business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the television or digital out-of-home video industry, deep knowledge of that buying and selling landscape, and established relationships at major media buying agencies and brands. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively prospect new business from targeted list of accounts in key categories
  • Strategically build a pipeline and close new business 
  • Build relationships and meet with senior-level decision makers at client and agencies 
  • Educate marketers on the benefits of digital out-of-home / point-of-care advertising and the unique value of the Outcome Health video/television network
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams during the pre-sale and post-sale process to ensure successful campaign execution 
  • Maintain accuracy of Salesforce accounts, contacts and opportunities 
  • Travel to clients and agencies as required 

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the digital video and/or television buying & selling space 
  • An established network of contacts at relevant potential partners
  • Proven results of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Track record of working with large media agencies and brands, including selling to senior decision makers
  • Demonstrated self-starter skills; motivated by the challenge of the hunt
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and consultative sales skills
  • Must be strategic, flexible, tenacious and results-oriented 
  • Ability to thrive in a highly-collaborative, team-based environment
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred 

Experience & Education:
 
  • 5+ years of experience in television or digital out-of-home media sales
