Position Overview
The Director of Sales is a key role on the Domu team. He or she grows Domu’s market share by selling Domu’s building pages to apartment buildings and to property management companies, and by selling wholesale packages to property management companies and brokers. The objective is to maintain current relationships, grow the scope of work within those existing relationships, and secure new business. 

The Director of Sales works closely with the Director of Communication to design sales incentives that align with Domu’s social media offerings and brand standards.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Prospect and develop new leads.
  • Drive revenue growth; achieve sales targets. 
  • Accurately track and record activities in Salesforce.
  • Deliver persuasive arguments of Domu’s value to potential, active, and latent clients.
  • Occasionally represent Domu at events.
  • Manage a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Participate in weekly strategy and operational meetings.

Who You Are

  • Proven sales professional, 5+ years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, Driven, Engaging.
  • Interested in Chicago residential real estate and Chicago neighborhoods.
  • Experienced in Salesforce CRM.
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience.  Domu offers a competitive base salary, a commission structure, and health and dental benefits (100% premium paid by Domu).
