Sertifi is looking for a Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Hospitality vertical and drive company growth. You will be responsible for growing revenue, managing the Account Executives, strategizing target accounts, improving sales effectiveness, and maintaining customer relationships.

 

Our ideal candidate is an inspiring sales leader who is passionate about developing a high performing sales organization. We’re looking for someone who will energize and motivate the team while exceeding revenue goals and tackling our growth initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day performance of AE team with a metrics driven approach
  • Responsible for your team hitting/exceeding MRR and ARR sales goals
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management on monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Provide guidance, prioritize efforts and hold the team accountable for building pipeline and closing deals
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop skills, uncover customer needs, and demonstrate the value of Sertifi
  • Assist AE’s with moving deals forward; act as additional resource and identify strategies to engage clients at all pipeline stages
  • Plan and execute high impact, weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain and foster relationships with customers; gain an understanding of our customer’s organizational and business needs
  • Represent Sertifi at industry events and tradeshows
  • Partner with HR to effectively hire and train new team members as needed
  •  Maintain a fun and high-performance team culture that celebrates success

 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with experience working in the SaaS industry or high-growth startup
  • Proven sales management experience with ability to be an inspirational leader
  • Strong track record of consistently exceeding quota and achieving sales goals, both personally and as a sales leader
  • Excellent planning skills to forecast pipeline and organize target accounts
  • Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, ability to empathize with team members
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • High-energy motivator that can drive teams and achieve goals
  • Fluency with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with the Predictive Revenue model a plus
  • B.A./B.S. degree required
