Are you a client-centric sales professional who loves talent acquisition as much as we do? We’ve experienced triple-digit growth over the past year and we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help expand our reach and impact on the Talent industry.

 

This sales professional will leverage their HR tech industry experience to build enterprise client relationships nationwide. They’ll work closely with our clients, business development, and solutions teams to understand client pain points and improvement opportunities, and to drive positive change in the TA/HR practices of these large enterprise organizations.

  • Work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges
  • Present creative solutions through storytelling and consultative conversations
  • Collaborate with the Paradox team to deliver scalable recruiting technology to our clients

 

Successful Enterprise Account Executives Should Have:

  • Experience calling on large enterprise companies with complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers
  • 7+ years experience in software sales
  • Must have experience selling HR tech software solutions
  • Track record of success selling in a remote environment
  • The ability to travel ~75% of the time
