We are seeking a highly-motivated and self-driven individual. This candidate should have a confident, hardworking, Results driven and outgoing personality. Someone who is not bothered by the hours of work it takes but takes pride in doing the job well.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Initiate outgoing telephone sales calls to existing and potential clients
- Educate customers on the benefits of VirtualKEY
- Coordinate meetings for the sales team for the lager customers
- Close the sale on the phone for smaller customers
- Follow up diligently with the leads
- Supply management with reports and feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Other job duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrated outbound business-to-business phone sales, lead generation or cold calling experience
- Strong technical proficiency and computer skills are required, familiarity with Google Apps (Sheets, Docs) strongly preferred
- Enthusiastic, confident personality with the natural ability to influence customers
- Proven selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to make independent judgment calls
- Ability to write calling and voice mail scripts
- Answer objections positively
