What’s the Role?
Guaranteed Rate is seeking detail oriented professional for the Secondary Marketing department. The Exception Desk Coordinator position involves reviewing and approving the pricing of loans. The position requires analytical thinking and the ability to be able to work well within a fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary for communication with sales and management. Mortgage experience is not necessary, but is a plus. Loan officers/processors will be able to transition quickly to the position. This is an entry level position within the Secondary marketing department with the opportunity to advance within Guaranteed Rate.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Works directly with sales and sales management to review pricing and find solutions.
- Works directly with senior management to address issues proactively.
- Mathematical problem solving for potential inaccuracies.
- Decision making in a consistent and logical manner.
- Handles inbound calls and emails to provide a satisfactory customer service to sales.
- College degree preferred
- Proficient with MS/Outlook/Excel
- Positive, team player
