The Provi team is looking for a self-starter who is results-oriented with a passion for managing sales teams, and with experience selling commercial financial products. We’re looking for a strategic individual who can help build a sales playbook and sales team for our nascent financial services business unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of sales instinct, strategy, and people-managing skills to build a team to upsell our financial services offerings to new and existing customers efficiently.

What you'll be doing
- Hire, develop, and manage a team of reps who upsell financial solutions, based on customer needs, to prospective and existing customers that meet their goals (also often involves identifying and reaching out to new stakeholders)
- Working closely with the Head of Retailer Sales and GM of the Financial Services BU to develop and refine our sales playbook across multiple offerings
- Working with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Data teams on cross-departmental projects to empower Provi’s growth.
What we are looking for
- Experience selling commercial financial products (ideally credit), preferably to SMBs
- Experience hiring and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Independent self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive drive that produces results
- Savvy with technology with ability to adopt and teach to all levels of technology competence
- Experience in hospitality industry and/or financial services is preferred
