We are looking for sales professionals to drive new business in our SMB sector (1-14 Restaurant Locations), who are passionate about the hospitality industry and knowledgeable in the restaurant technology space. You will be responsible for not only negotiating and executing signed agreements, but also work closely with our Customer Success team in successfully launching signed locations. What You’ll Do:
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas
Qualify and process inbound leads
Sell and generate new business within SMB restaurant market
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to assess restaurant needs; coordinate with operations, marketing, and customer success teams.
Prospect new business by cold/warm calls, emails, social selling, general referrals, and work closely with our partner sales representatives to achieve targets
Execute all required tasks on time and with high quality results
Achieve daily KPI Targets and follow sales playbook
Create and build relationships with our POS and Third-Party Delivery Partners
Maintain records of all interactions with qualified prospects using our CRM tool (Salesforce)
What You’ll Need:
Exceptional listening, communication and organizational skills.
Coach-ability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improve your craft
An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle and determination
Desire to build and maintain long-term professional relationships
Restaurant industry or hospitality experience preferred
