Inside Sales Manager
UrbanBound is currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join our team. This individual plays a critical role in supporting UrbanBound’s aggressive growth strategy. The primary goals are to help develop our sales talent, drive new client growth, and achieve revenue goals. This role will also include managing and developing our team of Customer Success Specialists, helping them to achieve their performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities/Outcomes:
Establish, track and drive a sales process and metric-driven approach to inside sales
Support the inside sales team in achieving quarterly pipeline development and revenue goals
Lead the customer success specialist team in achieving daily, weekly and quarterly performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Ensure salesforce.com compliance and accurate reporting
Manage territory and account assignments
Compile and maintain daily/weekly/monthly team reports/dashboard in Salesforce.com
Actively listen and coach sales and customer success specialist teams to help them overcome any challenges that can impede team or individual goals. This may include messaging, discovery techniques, organizational skills, communication skills etc.
Develop and manage activity campaigns
Author and deliver performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience managing sales and/or business development teams in Enterprise revenue cycle
5+ years of Executive level sales and business development responsibility
Experience within a high growth startup environment is preferred
Proven track record of leading and driving successful sales plans and meeting or exceeding targets
Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills.
Experience in coaching and training is required
Experience in SaaS environments is strongly desired
BA/BS degree desired
