If so our Inside Sales Manager role is for you.

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving efficiency and productivity of our newly formed Inside Sales Development team. This incumbent leads the Inside Sales team which identifies and sets quality appoints for our field Account Executives. This role reports into the President of Sales. You’ll work cross functionally with Division Vice Presidents, Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing direction, coaching, mentoring and monitoring to inside sales staff to ensure call quality and appointment metrics and appointment quotas are achieved.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders in field sales to optimize regional focus between Account Executives and assigned ISRs.
  • Partnering with HR to refine the recruiting strategy for future inside sales talent.
  • Creating innovative ways to drive quantity and quality of prospect appointments in strategic markets expanding Rewards Network restaurant base.
  • Creating and sustaining an exciting, high-performance work environment that helps inspire and motivate sales success.
  • Collect and analyze data and translate into action plans to drive performance improvement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading inside sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
  • Experience successfully achieving results with a high volume inside sales team preferred.
  • Previous experience in an Inside Sales position.
  • Experience with building a team from the ground up is preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills necessary.
  • Ability to articulate telephone sales concepts and best practices clearly and document procedures.
  • Aptitude for evaluation, problem solving, planning, and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience with salesforce CRM a plus
  • Highly energetic and self-starter; able to inspire an inside sales team to meet/exceed quotas
