Inside Sales Rep - Social Media Solutions
Exciting inside sales opportunity selling social media and online marketing solutions within an assigned territory, where you will use your warm and engaging personality to make warm calls to our members within an assigned territory. If you have experience in a proactive, goal oriented and customer focused, consultative, inside sales role, you will want to be considered for this exciting career opportunity at FTD!
to FTD members (retail florists in the FTD network) to meet/exceed sales targets.
What You Will Contribute:
- Outbound calling (75 calls per day) to FTD Member florists
- Warm calls to FTD members to review and sell online marketing opportunities to help our members grow their business
- Support company initiatives as needed
- Grow territory to meet and/or exceed set sales targets
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
- Floral industry experience a plus but not required
- Demonstrated success in selling website or online marketing solutions
- Excellent multitasking skills
- High volume warm calling experience into a business-to-business environment
- Ability to make decisions
- Excellent verbal communication skills; engaging phone skills
- Previous territory management -- managing total business
- Excellent team player
- Willingness to do what it takes to get job done
- Strong negotiating skills
- Able to overcome objections in order to close a sale
- Understanding of Social Media and Search Engine Optimization a plus
