Mobile Doorman, the leading custom resident app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join our Chicago-based team. You will be a great fit if you are energetic, detail-oriented, love the culture and energy of a start-up, and are passionate about selling a great product. As Inside Sales Rep,  your primary responsibility will be to close new business for the company. You will do a majority of the selling over the phone in an inside sales capacity. Multifamily and rental-industry experience is a plus

Role:

  • Build and Manage a pipeline of clients.
  • Cold Calling 60-80 prospects a day to speak with key leaders and company decision makers
  • Conduct follow up calls to assigned accounts 
  • Book quality sales meetings for our world-class outside sales representatives. 
  • Assist in department meetings and sales goals development
  • Maintain partnerships with clients and vendors through cold calling generated by external lead sources 
  • Generating leads and prospecting new business, verbally establishing quick rapport
  • Exceeding high volume sales goals while working in a team environment.
  • Earning commission as early as week two.

 

Qualification:

  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience 
  • The ability to source great prospects and obtain all necessary information to close the deal
  • A strong hunger for success with real financial motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed quotas (sales rankings preferred)
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time
  • A coachable individual who’s open to new ideas and feedback, and is looking to advance their skillsets
  • Drive, ambition and a strong work ethic
  • The ability to thrive in a competitive, sociable sales environment
  • Excellent communication skills, huge energy and a positive attitude
  • A consistently polished and professional approach to work

 

Training and Development

Additional training from department heads, data support and engineering teams Clear path to progression with promotion opportunities as early as 5-8 months for top performers
