We’re currently looking for talented Sales Executives to help continue to build a fast growing inside sales, SaaS, team for one of the leaders in the Loyalty & Processing. SpotOn is a Digital Marketing, Loyalty, Reviews and Integrated Payments platform that helps SMB businesses build valuable relationships with their customers. We take pride in giving these merchants the ability to truly compete with bigger companies by using our platform as a cost effective way to market to their customer base and drive traffic back into their businesses.

We need Sales Executives to help us keep growing our new Chicago office. We’re a fast paced sales focused startup founded in 2011 with all the benefits and challenges of a start-up that really make it an exciting place to work.

About the Position  

Your duties will be to handle inbound leads that are generated internally and keep growing daily. Looking to build a team around these new additions with a fast track to sales management. Proven sales processes in place along with the tools, support, and ongoing training to help ensure you exceed your goals. You will interact with all manner of SMB owners every day, working to help them better their businesses. From cold calling to web-based demonstration of SpotOn, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle.

What You’ll Do

• Field inbound leads from prospective merchants in retail, bars, restaurants, Quick-serves, service industries, specialty shops, etc.

• Conduct live, web-based demonstrations for business owners, and show how SpotOn will benefit their businesses

• Identify opportunities to upsell current merchants on new and exciting addons

• Prioritize and maintain your sales pipeline through the full sales cycle, from lead to customer

Requirements:

  • Must Have 2-3 Years Sales Experience

  • 1-2 Years Phone Sales Experience

  • Inside Sales Experience a bonus

  • Strong Working Knowledge of Small Businesses (FSRB, QSR, Retail) or Experience Working in Them

  • The Want to Continue to Grow in Sales

  • Outgoing, Fun, Talkative, Productive

  • History of Exceeding Goals

  • Ability to Think Quickly

  • Strong Work Ethic

  • Desire to Succeed

  • Working Knowledge of the Sales Process
