Inside Sales Specialist (Social Media Solutions)

 

FTD is the one of the leading and most trusted floral and gifting companies in the world and we're growing!

We are currently seeking a passionate inside sales representative to join our ecommerce team. This individual will use their inside sales experience to focus on building relationships with FTD florist members to sell innovative digital marketing solutions. These solutions are designed to grow florists' local businesses and executed by our ecommerce and digital marketing teams in an agency type setting. This individual would work closely with the agency specialists to guarantee a best in class experience for FTD's floral members.

As an Inside Sales Specialist you will:

  • Utilize tools and resources to engage and build relationships with FTD member florists
  • Engage with FTD member florists to educate and sell FTD's exclusive social media and digital marketing solutions
  • Support business initiatives by providing feedback based on member interactions and sales results
  • Build and grow their territory to meet and/or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Support company initiatives as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking for:

  • Proven inside sales success (preferably selling ecommerce and/or online marketing solutions)
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent multi-tasker
  • Team Player
  • High energy and drive
  • Possesses a "get the ink" type attitude
  • Independent thinker
  • Excellent verbal communication Basic understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram a plus
  • SEO/SEM understanding a plus
  • Floral/gifting industry experience a plus
