Unific seeks a Jr. Ecommerce Marketing Success Coach to join our growing customer sales and support team. In this role, you will be a hybrid of both support and sales! You will play a critical part in providing prospects and customers timely technical support and issue resolution while also offering product recommendations and answering sales inquiries.

This position offers a base salary with monthly bonuses for achieving company and personal goals. Ecommerce Marketing Success Coaches who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career development and advancement within multiple areas inside Unific.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Learn about our customers, how the ecommerce world works, the technologies we work with and more … this role is the gateway to growth in our organization!

  • Navigate a high volume of product and sales related inquiries

  • Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices

  • Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues for our customers

  • Conduct customer support and consultative pre-qualification of prospects for Unific’s sales process via phone, live chat, and email

  • Set up high-quality appointments with the appropriate sales team members for deeper discussions about Unific ecommerce growth solutions and services

  • Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Unific to improve the experience for our customers/users alike

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Previous sales experience at a SaaS/technology company where you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas (a plus, but not required)

  • Previous experience with Ecommerce, Marketing Automation and/or Chat tools (a plus, but not required)
