Position Details

 

The Key Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of CardX’s highly valued clients. A pivotal member of the fast-paced Operations Team, you’ll need the excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with clients and the interpersonal skills and diplomacy to ensure clients’ needs are being carefully understood and met with solutions that align with CardX’s standard of excellence. We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree or higher, 3+ years’ professional experience delivering exceptional client service or customer success, and the desire to make an impact as part of a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships while serving as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of CardX’s highly valued clients
  • Asks engaged questions and actively listens to ensure clients’ expectations are continuously met or exceeded
  • Resolves issues promptly and with care and sensitivity, acting as clients’ advocate and liaison and coordinating with CardX teams, including Operations, Support, and Technology
  • Identifies and develops potential new relationships and guides them through all stages of the process

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience providing superb client service as a sales or account manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information in the clear, consistent voice of CardX
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including professionalism, diplomacy, and composure 
  • Customer-service mindset and the genuine desire to ensure CardX’s clients have an exceptional experience
