About the job:

The Lead Generation Manager will play a critical role in creating opportunities for the sales team to demonstrate our B2B SaaS products to potential customers. Specific responsibilities are:

• Create and manage email and perhaps calling campaigns to: identify, nurture, and qualify prospects, and book demonstrations.
• Manage and coach a team of 4 sales development reps. 

About you:

• 4+ years of hands-on proven experience at outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• A passion for crafting the perfect pitch.
• A strong data focus. You are always optimizing.
• You know how to diagnose and remedy problems (e.g., IP and domain blocks).
• A strong personality with the capacity to motivate a team to persevere, innovate, and celebrate.
