Lead Generation Specialist
What you will be doing:
As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and connecting with new business prospects to drive sales opportunities and build the sales pipeline for our Enterprise Sales Executives. You will partner with the sales and marketing organization as a critical team member to ensure the success of marketing initiatives and hit our company revenue goals. Your other primary responsibilities will include managing our CRM tool to ensure complete and accurate sales data and hunting for new qualified prospects within targeted health systems.
The successful candidate is a positive, persistent, and self-motivated worker who makes data-driven decisions, always hits or exceeds measured goals -- such as quality of prospects, amount of activity, and number of meetings scheduled -- and builds lasting relationships even in the face of a “no.”
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify and generate sales opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Executive team
- Prioritize outreach and follow up to our top personas
- Conduct outreach to new prospects to determine needs, budget, timeline, and other factors to sale
- Manage and follow-up on all inbound marketing and sales activity, including online leads, form submissions, inbound phone inquiries, etc.
- Support all marketing outreach, events, and other initiatives
- Maintain sales data within our CRM tools to ensure accurate and complete information
Qualifications:
- Track record of success in marketing, sales development, and/or client services; SaaS solution is a plus!
- Outstanding persuasive communication skills over the phone and through written channels
- Excellent attention to detail, strong prioritization skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace, high-growth startup environment
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot a plus
