Munch Ado’s Restaurant Sales team members will work with local restaurant and small groups (9 or less locations) to create partnerships through our integrated digital marketing platform. Our stand-alone platform offers first generation technology and is unique in the industry.

What you’ll do:

  • Cultivate, build and maintain strong relationships with local restaurant owners/decision makers.
  • Generate market awareness by networking with industry players.
  • Responsible for achieving financial targets and sales goals.
  • Partner with marketing and account managers to exceed the unique needs of each client.
  • Drive and collaborate with multiple departments to support a seamless client experience.
  • Report regularly on progress, responses and attitudes in the market.
  • Maintain, measure, review and report the status of leads within the CRM system daily.
  • Oversee the strategy for continuously improving the corporate client experience through training, service and product enhancements.
  • Analyze opportunities and activity to ensure you are meeting expectations and milestones.
  • Other duties as needed.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-3 years of full cycle, outside sales experience in restaurant sales
  • Experience and connections to restaurant locations/ groups
  • Ability to stay on task, remain organized and manage client appointments across the US
  • Impeccable presentation and social abilities
  • Understands the needs and operations of a restaurant organization
  • An unrelenting drive to succeed
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on providing exemplary client service and account management.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proven ability to self-manage and motivate
  • Past success working in a high activity, high volume environment while maintaining high quality service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas simply
  • Intimate knowledge of the restaurant industry and the challenges business owners and managers face
  • Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing technology and operations of restaurants

The Ideal Local Restaurant Account Executive:

  • Has proven track record of demonstrated success building strong, customer facing and service-oriented sales teams, with experience specifically in the restaurant franchise and large group industry
  • Is personable, professional, and has experience closing deals with owners and managers
  • Outstanding networking skills and extensive network within the restaurant industry
  • Is a member of networking groups in the restaurant industry
  • Willing to travel locally and knows how to keep commitments
  • Overdelivers
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal groups and support a positive culture
