SpedXchange is building an innovative community of special educators and clinicians that work in school districts nationwide.  We are striving to make an impact in how special education departments source and hire specialized and hard to find staff from many shortage professions such as speech language pathology, school psychologists, special education, teachers...  If you enjoy the challenge of building a sales effort from the ground up and you are interested in making a positive impact on special education programs in the united states this is the perfect position for you.  

Responsibilities

You will be helping us launch and will be getting in at the ground level of our west loop based company.   You will help us build our brand, grow sales and expand our sales team.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferably in staffing, education, or a related industry.
  • Ability to help us brand our our platform and describe it to special education administrators and school district HR managers.  
  • Passion for creating relationships and partnerships with our clients.
  • Hubspot CRM or similar CRM skills.
  • Consistency and attention to detail.

Salary/Benefits

  • Salary - commensurate with experience.
  • Commission - We have a simple and uncapped commission structure.
