This sales position is a great opportunity to leverage your sales skills to drive new business to our company. Plus, you’ll be selling restaurant owners exactly what they already want: more business. Our current Online Restaurant Sales Executive love the culture and direct impact they have on GrubHub Holdings Inc. national expansion. This is a place to prove yourself, and make money doing it.
You’ll be responsible for building the GrubHub Holdings Inc. national restaurant network by working the phones to get restaurant owners to see value in GrubHub Holdings Inc. service. This requires resourcefulness, persuasion, determination, a competitive spirit, and the ability to easily connect with people from all walks of life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell “pay for results” advertising over the phone to restaurants in markets across the U.S.
- Conduct daily cold calls and execute sales presentations over the phone
- Exceed high-volume sales goals while working within a team environment
- Potentially travel to new cities to build up local restaurant networks
- Be the market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide recommendations for improvements to management
- A friendly and likable demeanor

- Ability to rapidly learn and apply sales skills to achieve high expectations
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area.
- Proven history of success
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish or Chinese are a major plus
- Restaurant industry or hospitality experience are a major plus
- Ability to combine insights from past experiences, analytics, and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals
