About Brideside

We are a start-up founded by women for women. Our goal is to make the bridal party experience easy, fun and stress-free so that the bride can focus on celebrating with the women in her life. 

Our free personalized styling services bring help bring the bride’s wedding vision to life.  It also takes the weight off her shoulders by guiding her bridal party through bridesmaid dress selection and ordering process. As such, we are powered by our stylist team who provides concierge service to each bridal party - whether they shop online, in one of our showrooms, or with our Try at Home program.

 

Your Typical day includes / What can you expect to work on? 

  • Resolve customer inquiries on ordering process and educate customers on Brideside’s services and the product they are ordering.
  • Assist online customers including responding quickly to questions and assisting them through the sizing and checkout process .
  • Maintain regular communication to online customers to follow up and make the sale.
  • Roll up your sleeves and work hard to meet the customer's needs at every turn.
  • Build the Brideside brand through your brand ambassadorship- both inside and outside the store .
  • Support stylists in achieving monthly sales goals and work towards maximizing sales conversion.
  • Assist stylists to get their customers through the pipeline through Salesforce with extensive CRM notes, maintain regular and responsive communications to existing customers, and help the bridal party, including all bridesmaids, through the online checkout process.

 

This Job Might Be For You If You Have-

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an attention to detail; you will be working with bridal parties of 8-13 women and communicate with them regularly
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in providing explanations by email. You must be comfortable interacting with customers by phone, by email, by chat and by text
  • A results-oriented mentality. You like making to-do lists and checking things off the list
  • The ability to quickly learn Salesforce (previous experience with Salesforce or a CRM tool is a plus)
  • The ability to work well in a team environment
  • A friendly disposition and the ability to easily connect with anyone
  • A desire to grow personally and professionally in one of the fastest growing bridal companies in the world
  • Must be flexible and available to work weekends each month (not every weekend required)
