Job Description

DigitalMint is seeking a driven and outgoing Partner Onboarding Coordinator to manage the onboarding process of new DigitalMint location partners. As an onboarding coordinator, you’ll be responsible for onboarding, training, and coordinating the launch of new businesses working with DigitalMint. The Partner Onboarding Coordinator will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and work closely with key stakeholders of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be early in their account management career (1+ years experience), with a detail oriented mindset and process driven approach.

What You’ll Do

• Manage partnership deals from application submission to deal close and launch of the partner location
• Maintain application and contract documents across multiple deal stages and platforms
• Educate, train, and successfully launch new DigitalMint location partnerships
• Document, manage, and optimize DigitalMint location partner onboarding processes, best practices, and training materials
• Proactively managing relationships with location partners, including setting expectations regarding deliverables and keeping DigitalMint stakeholders informed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 year of account management experience
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus
• Experience training or teaching is a plus
• Must have high attention to detail and be process oriented
• Highly energetic, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills with people at all organizational levels, internal and external
