Regional Vice President of Sales, West
The purpose of the Regional Vice President position is to create, nurture, manage and maintain a productive business relationship with all designated clients and BDM’s, ensuring everyone understands the value of – and achieves maximize benefits from – the use of Affinitiv products and services. You will bring passion and expertise to lead a team of Business Development Managers to drive new business opportunities, while developing and executing multichannel strategies with partners to drive revenue growth Affinitiv. You will create awareness and develop relationships with our most important prospects and partners, with a focus on pipeline development and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the primary activities of BDM’s to maximize sales revenues and attain corporate objectives.
- Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans and strategies with each BDM.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales revenue streams accurately.
- Coaching sales team members to be Challengers in identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing key and strategic client relationships, and driving sales strategies toward growing existing accounts as well as generating net new business.
- Use of sales analytics and funnel management (CRM) tool to strategically help fill and monitor team pipeline & territory planning.
- Follow a value selling methodology to understand the business issues & KPI’s of our partners, connecting their specific problems/challenges with Affinitiv’s unique ability to solve those problems.
- Evangelize the company and its products at marketing events and automotive trade shows.
- Maintain, grow and nurture OEM partner relationships within the Region.
- Full understanding of the Automotive customer journey, bringing the Affinitiv story to life!
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience selling in a competitive environment, with a proven track record of performance.
- 2+ years of demonstrated success leading and managing a field sales team and exceeding team quotas.
- Challenger Sales approach to business and coaching.
- Experience in Salesforce.
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% of time.
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.
