Encite Group (FCS), a Chicago-based tech firm, provides practical technology to help roofing companies improve their business. We are a fast-moving, growing company with a serious need to build on our strong team. We are looking for one (or two) SaaS Sales Executive for our Rosemont location.

What You’ll Do

We believe the success of our company is built on consistent, positive customer experiences. Our Sales team is first contact we have with prospects and you create that lasting “first impression.” Your focus: grow the business through persistent, adaptive and smart sales strategy & tactics.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through full lifecycle selling from new business prospecting to closing a consistent volume of SaaS sales

  • Learn & articulate our value propositions to the target markets; gain an expert knowledge of our SaaS solution set

  • Actively manage your sales pipeline by devoting energy to each stage of the selling cycle

  • Engage new sales opportunities through existing leads database, inbound lead follow-up & outbound communication, and prospecting activities

  • Perform effective phone & web communication and demos with prospects with strong ability to close over the phone

  • Generate referrals from current customers

  • Maintain all sales activities & communication in CRM system

  • Understand commercial roofing contractor's needs and pain points

What You’ll Need

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, aggressive outbound phone experience (1-3 yrs)

  • Track record of successful inside sales with software or technology company

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, written/verbal communication and customer relationship skills

  • A strong desire and ability to work in a fast-moving, start-up environment

  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, uncapped commission environment

  • Commercial roofing experience a big plus

  • You gotta love closing!
