Lumere’s Sales Development Manager plays a critical role in the success of our sales team by actively identifying, cultivating, and generating new opportunities. This role is responsible for nurturing the beginning of our interactions and relationship building with potential clients. You will play a critical role in designing and executing the process for qualifying leads and identifying opportunities for demonstrating the value of our B2B SaaS solutions to potential customers.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Create and manage the process for email and calling campaigns to identify, nurture, and qualify prospects
  • Identify and develop potential leads through outbound calling and networking with prospects, and managing and responding to inbound inquiries using website, chatbot, email, and other tools tools to generate qualified leads
  • Create and utilize a data-driven approach to qualifying leads using our database, qualification tools, and sales qualification processes
  • Leverage our resources to foster an engaged dialogue with a diverse hospital system audience
  • Follow up with key hospital system decision makers in operational, financial and clinical roles
  • Stay relevant with healthcare systems and administration changes and challenges; identify opportunities, issues, and trends to help our business stay on the leading edge
  • Work smartly and effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a well-developed sense of urgency
  • Attend cross-functional meetings designed to foster collaboration and communication between teams
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and our client success teams to identify new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow our business
  • Use Salesforce, LinkedIn, website chatbots, and other inbound and outbound prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging. Document all aspects of sales activities in Salesforce.com
  • Learn our technology solutions and effectively communicate our value proposition to a non-technical audience
  • Support other opportunities as needed to ensure the company meets its contract and revenue targets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role with proven, tactical experience in designing, managing, and executing an outbound prospecting and lead generation process
  • A knack for crafting engaging messages, oriented around prospective customer’s needs & pain points
  • A strong focus on leveraging data and research to create and deliver relevant prospective customer communications
  • Organized, creative problem solver with the goal of meeting or exceeding the sales pipeline goals
