Captivix is a boutique technology firm driving digital transformation for large and mid-size businesses.  We have been growing at a steady rate for the past few years solely based on referrals and word of mouth. Now, it is the time to on-board sales development representative, like you, to take our company to the next level.

We are looking for one of our FIRST Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), who is talented, passionate, and motivated. You will play a key role in our sales and marketing efforts through the development of qualified leads that result in more product demos and sales for the company.

 

What are we doing

We are building our sales and marketing team to further promote our offerings, including digital transformation consulting, developing digital solution and integration products.   

We are setting up new processes and letting-go of the traditional ways the technology industry operates.

 

What you will do

As a SDR your main objective is to get prospective customers excited about our offerings and schedule appointments and product demos with our sales executives. You will be helping company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue. In those lines, here's what you will do:

  • Prospect to identify net new opportunities and generate leads
  • Engage prospective customers using multiple channels – phone, email, social, events, etc.
  • Qualify leads and advance them to the next step in sales cycle
  • Work closely with marketing for unified, simple, yet powerful messaging
  • Dazzle our prospects by demonstrating strong knowledge in key areas such as technology, trends, products, and industry
  • Hit your monthly targets for qualified demos and appointments
  • Participate in events to acquire leads
  • Become a technology consultant to recommend initial solutions and overcome prospective customer objections
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales processes

What are we looking for

This is NOT an entry-level sales position. You must have prior experience with sales. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Not scared of sharing new ideas and take calculated risks
  • Passion for technology and learning new things
  • Awesome communication skills both written and verbal
