As a Sales Develoment Representative, you will find and uncover new opportunities that grow the business. You will connect with high level decision makers, fill the pipeline with qualified deals, and present impactful solutions. You will target companies that fit our ideal customer proflile via outbound activities such as emailing, calling, social, events, and more. This position creates significant impact and the advancement opportunities are boundless. The ideal fit embraces challenges, executes at a high level, and is constantly curious to learn more. As the business grows, so do the opportunities within the organization. 

FinanceFuel is a tech-enabled platform that automates the manual tasks of invoicing and speeds up collections for businesses. When a sale is made, that does not mean the cash is in the bank. We help companies collect their invoices faster and avoid cash flows issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and uncover new opportunities via calling, emailing, events, social, and other sales activities

  • Close business and work with our Operations team to onboard new customers

  • Research and identify leads to target and leverage our internal systems to generate new prospects

  • Qualify prospects using our impact framework and close new business

  • Test and Track activity in order to build the playbook in order to hire new sales reps to execute

  • Use our CRM to maintain accurate records of activity and notes

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to perform effective cold and warm calling and emailing techniques.

  • Creative Hustler and Executor who wants to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company

  • Self-starter who is action and results oriented

  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Previous experience at an early stage startup is a plus

  • Desired experience using a CRM, Sales Automation tools, and other sales technology tools
